Hello Hello Hello Mamas!

I created Baby Mama Fitness 5 years ago to not only help Mamas get their fitness back, but to create a wonderful Body Positive community to help Mamas feel less alone during Mat Leave.

As things in the world are shifting, and with social distancing being our best chance to help fight the spread of Covid-19, I have decided to postpone in-person group classes.  I feel it is the only socially responsible thing to do.

But, I don’t want to leave my Mamas high and dry during this difficult time.

So I will be teaching LIVE classes during the week to help Mamas feel less alone and to get their sweat on.

ALSO!  Due to popular demand I will be teaching short fitness classes for Littles so they can move with you, but in a fun and engaging way.

I know that things are very complicated financially right now for most people as well, so I have decided to make these classes Pay What You Can.  That means that you can pay whatever you feel you can afford at this time.

You can make a donation for an individual class or a donation for an entire week’s worth of classes.

How much are classes?

Pay What You Can! 
And I mean that.
Please donate what you feel you can afford right now.

A suggested price would be $10 but please know that no one will be turned away.

How long are the workouts?

Workouts will be between 30-45 minutes depending on what we focus on that day.

Workouts for the Littles will be 15 minutes long.

How do I join the classes?

Once I receive your donation, you will receive a link to join the LIVE workout of the day.

I will be using ZOOM for the workouts so you will need to download Zoom.

When are classes?

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1030am for Littles.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11am for Mamas.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 8pm for Mamas.

Do I need equipment?

I would love to teach some classes with weights but if you have none at home, you can grab cans or water bottles or anything with a little weight.

Many of the workouts will just be bodyweight workouts though.

What if I miss the workout?

I will be shooting the videos live, but I will also be recording them and be hosting them on a webpage for the Mamas who may have to miss a class or for those who want to repeat a workout.
