As much as my strength suffered after I gave birth, I really noticed a difference in my cardiovascular fitness. I have always had asthma so not being able to breathe wasn’t a new phenomenon to me, but I really did feel like a huge weight was sitting on my chest and even walking upstairs was an event for huffing and puffing. I am now educated enough to know that my breathing problems were actually pelvic floor problems but that is another post….
The thing is, I had to work to get my lung capacity back after rooming a 10lb 4 ounce baby in my body. And now it is your turn, Mamas.
This workout involves really basic exercises but we are structuring them in a way that will challenge you. If you are new to Baby Mama Fit Club please take it easy on yourself and take the exercise modifications.
