Hello beautiful Mamas!

Today’s workout is part of my series titled “Use what you’ve got”, proving you don’t need an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment to get a sweat on.

For this workout you will need two hand towels or tea towels you don’t mind putting you don’t mind getting dirty.  If you have an interval timer like the Gymboss Interval Timer, you are going to want to set it for 30 second intervals for an easier workout and 45 seconds for a challenge.  If you don’t have a Gymboss, you are going to do 8 reps on each side for an easier workout and 10-12 reps for a harder workout.  Do each exercise back to back with no rest and then repeat the entire series 3 times through.

This is a tough one so be kind to yourself and really pay attention to what your body is telling you.  You never want to feel shooting pain.

TOWEL WORKOUT – 8-12 reps (depending on difficulty level) – 3x through

1) Leg slides in squat position
2) Hand slides in plank position
3) Hamstring heel slides on your back
4) Leg slides back in lunge position
5) Mountain Climbers
8) Mermaid slides
9) BONUS: Half pushup with arm slide (you will see how weak I was 5 months ago when I full-on fail at this one 😉 )
