I know how freakin’ hard it is to get back on that workout horse.
But I also know what Mamas need and I make sure our time together is quick and dirty so you get the best workout in, in the shortest amount of time, all the while taking into account your particular (ahem) troubles.
We jog, lunge, squat, pushup, roll-up, and stretch our way back to pre-baby fitness.
Did I mention it all takes place with a kick ass group of other Mamas to help you along the way?

Strength Class – Evening – Just Mamas
In this class, we laugh as much as we sweat. We lift weights, we strengthen our muscles, we challenge our abilities and grow stronger every single week. I build a progressive program where everyone is challenged, but starts where they are.
Mondays at 730pm
Delta United Church – 47 Ottawa St S, Hamilton, ON L8K 2C9
Cost = $110 + hst for a 6 week session
Stretch and Mobility Class – Evening – Just Mamas
I don’t meant to brag, but the Mamas who have been with me for years BEGGED me to teach this class regularly. This class will detress your mind, ease your aches and pains, and calm your nervous system. It is described as ‘delicious’.
Thursdays at 730pm

When can I join?
You can start any time (as long as I am not sold-out).
Your 6 week session begins at your first class.
Note: My classes typically sell-out so make sure to sign-up early to avoid disappointment.
What are you CoVid protocols?
All of my classes are mask-friendly.
All mats will be spaced 6ft apart.
Only 10 Mamas will be able to register for each time slot so that we keep numbers low.
There will be wipes and hand sanitizer at every class for Mamas to use.
We will not share equipment.
How old does my baby have to be?
I have had 4 week olds to 4 year olds in my class.
As long as you feel ready, Mama, your Little One is welcome to join us.
They can crawl, walk, sleep, cry, feed…they are welcome.
What do I need to bring to class?
-A Yoga mat
-Water
-A blanket and toys for your little ones
-Running Shoes
-A Kick butt attitude! No negative Nancys please (No offence to positive Nancys).

How much does it cost?
$110 (plus HST) for 1x/week for 6 weeks of classes.
$200 (plus HST) for 2x/week for 6 weeks of classes.
What is your make up policy?
You can attend any other class at any other location during your 6 week session.
Please notify me of any pending vacations so we can alter the end date of your session.

Short and sweet though, I don’t offer refunds because space is limited and working out takes a big commitment.
